This is a great place to live year round; boating in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter, and fishing the rest of the year!!!
I'm currently renting a $500K house on the Fox River in Cary. This home was completely remodeled within the last year!!! It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two rooms that are available for rent are downstairs and share a full bathroom with shower. Bedroom #1 is smaller, but it has a great double window view of the river. Bedroom #2 is larger, has a walk in closet, is connected to the bathroom, and has a view of the front entry way! The main floor has a large kitchen, dining, living room area that all have great views of the river with a window and double doors walking out to a large Deck. The deck runs the length or the house and we have a hot tub out here! The yard is almost an acre and we managed to fit a small bike/ mini dirt bike track in the yard. We also have a boat lift and pier, that I normally keep an XStar wakeboard boat on in the Summer. One side of the pier is empty and I would be cool with someone leaving their boat tied up out there! Two car garage, but I already take up one side of it... Quiet dead end street with only 6 houses, were number three, right in the middle. Suprisingly excellent fishing right off the dock!!! Fully furnished with 50" tv, two couches, designer picnic bench style dining room table, one extra queen size bed (one room is empty)... I like to keep a clean friendly house!
I've been renting this house by myself for the last two years. The owner used to come up and go boating and hangout, but he has recently married and has not made it up since. Poor guy!!! He used to occupy the upstairs, which is a master bedroom and bathroom with another sitting area, but I'm moving up there freeing up a great rental situation on the main floor.
I put $600 in the ad, but in reality the small bedroom will be $575 and the larger bedroom would be $675. My rent is $2150 and I'm planning on paying $900 a month seeing as I have the most space. If you and a friend are looking together I don't care how you split the rent as long as it adds up to $1250. I'm looking for someone who is willing to stay at least 6 months to a year, but this is a month to month lease.
I'm a younger guy and I work for myself. I'd say about 4 days a week I make it to the office, but most my time is spent leisurely. I live my life to have a good time, and I'm a real easy person to get a long with, but it is important to me that I get along well with whatever roommates I find. I'm open to the idea of girls or guys, my girlfriend will be here a lot, but she's a teacher so she's gone all day. Like I said before, whats most important is that we all get along well! My plan is to post this add for at least a week or two, and then starting interviewing people to move in by the 1st of the year. I will probably start replying to emails right after Thanksgiving. If you think you'd be a great fit and need a place earlier, lets talk. I'm open to anything.
