 We have several styles to chose from that may be available for your moving time frame. Our one bedroom apartments are spacious with 736 sq. ft. and rent for $799/mo. Our 2BR/2 full bath garden apartment which is called the Cambridge, rents for $899/mo. It features all one floor living and has a spacious master BR with a huge walk-in closet. We also have a 2 BR/2 story townhouse (The Fairfield) which has 2 full baths and a first floor master bedroom. It is 1068 sq. ft. and rents for $1059/month. It is more private but still very spacious. We have one 3BR townhouse that has 2.5 baths and 2 stories. The Hamilton has 1589 sq. ft. and rents for $1279/mo. Rent for any style will always include sewer, water, trash, lawn care, snow removal, and access to our pool and fitness center which is located in our community center. Every style will come with all major appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator as well as washer/dryer.  If Newport Commons still interests you, please feel free to call for an appointment, or email us! We do allow pets, however we do not accept agressive breeds such as, Rottweilers, Dobermans or Pit Bulls. There is a non refundable pet deposit between $150- $300.There is a monthly pet fee of $15/mo. for one cat or $25/mo. for two cats. For  small dogs there is a pet fee of $25/mo. and for large dogs (over 40lbs.) there is a pet fee of $40/mo. or $55/mo. for two dogs.
