We are trying to find a new tenant for our current landlord for a great rental house in Winchester MA.

Current rent (established in Aug 2008): $2000/month - landlord might want slightly higher rent now due to new market conditions in Winchester. Negotiate directly with him.
Elementary School: Lynch, middle and high school - Winchester.
3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 2 car garage, sufficiently large backyard for bbq, huge basement (unfinished but god for laundry and as a playroom for kids - it is warm).

We are planning to move to our newly purchased home down the street sometime in March and would like to introduce our landlord to new prospective tenants starting as early as April 2011.

The house is in very good condition with lots of room (~2000sqft) + basement (not included in area). It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and the neighborhood is great for kids to play outside; schools in Winchester are excellent.
