Hello! I am subleasing my bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment at the District Apartments. The apartment is fully furnished and on the second floor with a courtyard view. The apartment also has a private washer and dryer. The bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet attached. The rent is $860 per month and it includes all utilities (electricity, heat, a/c, water, sewage, trash), WIFI internet, and cable with HBO. You will also have free access to a tanning bed, 24-hour gym, computer lab with free printing, movie theater, pool, hot tub, outdoor gas grills, clubhouse with pool table and shuttle to ODU campus. The lease ends in August, but you are more than welcome to renew the lease.
