Hello,
My name is Justin and I am currently living in this gorgeous house with a beautiful lake and an overlooking balcony, but we will be moving out within a month or so and I need someone to take over the lease! I've only been living here for a couple of months, but what I have experienced here living in the house is a very peaceful and heartwarming feeling. The house is quite large and would suit the needs of either a large family, a good number of roommates, anybody looking for a peaceful place to live, and all in between. The house is 2400 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms, 2 large ones upstairs, and 2 medium size ones downstairs. It has 3 and 1/2 baths, one in each of the large bedrooms, and another downstairs. It has a very lovely family room/living room upstairs, not to mention, with a cozy fireplace! There is a very large open kitchen right next to the family room, with a large pantry, a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, a lot of cupboard space, and a garbage disposal. There is a large balcony off of the family room and the master bedroom, with large sliding doors, that overlooks a gorgeous view of the lake! So if you love nature, there is plenty around here! There is also a smaller porch below the balcony, which would be incredibly nice for a hot tub to fit right in there. And there is yet another deck farther down by the lake that would be super nice for outside get togethers and a barbeque! Then there is a nice little dock down on the lake that is cozily nestled under all the trees--a very peaceful feeling overcomes you here. You can go swimming as well, which is yet even more peaceful, in which my wife and I go swimming all the time. The lake is quite a nice medium size, and you can have your boat down there too and go out for a nice little ride. The hill is a little bit steep to get down there, but don't worry--there is a rope to hold onto on the way down and up the slope! There are cute animals everywhere, birds, squirrels, turtles, fish, etc. We haven't seen any raccoons or skunks around our house, and have been living here for a couple months, so I don't think you need to worry about them. There is a very large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a medium walk-in in the other large bedroom. There are tons of closets everywhere and lots of storage space! There are 2 garages, a large 2 car one upstairs, and a medium size one downstairs that you could store a boat, 4-wheeler, other small vehicles, bikes, etc. The medium size one can also good for a workshop! We had even thought of making it into a music room in which to record. There is a very nice cozy dining room with a wood floor upstairs next to the front door, which could be made into any type of room that you fancy! Right now we are using it as an arts and craft/hobby room. There are plenty of windows everywhere around the house that let in plenty of beautiful radiant light shine in to make the house glow! The living room downstairs is also a very nice size, and very cozy. Right now we have a pretty decent sized couch in there, with a 47 inch tv, and a smaller tv! This room could be made into all sorts of different types of rooms, such as an office, or anything else you desire! This house if full of endless possibilities! So much space to do so many different things with! There are ceiling fans in the large bedrooms, the family room, living room, dining room, and the medium size bedrooms downstairs. There is a nice sized washroom/mudroom between the kitchen and the large garage, in which the washer and dryer are included with the house. This is such a beautiful serene house! I have had such a relaxing fun time here, but we need to move because of certain circumstances. It is time for us to go, and we need someone to replace us on the lease. We are renting it through Vacation Rentals here in Bella Vista, so you would need to be approved by them. They will need you to fill out an application and also to run a credit check on you. You will probably be able to move in around mid to late June, and you may or may not have to put down a deposit of $1600 or less. The lease ends on March 12th, 2012, so you will have quite awhile left here, in which at the end of that time you can decide to sign another lease or not. Serious inquiries only please.
