Providence is 20 miles away and Boston is 45 miles away. It's on the same street as a Community College. This townhouse has central a/c, hardwood floors and a finished walk out basement. It is a two bedroom, two and a half bathroom home. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. There are walk in closets in both bedrooms as well. The place is very spacious, 1900 square feet plus the finished basement. Appliances included in kitchen(electric stove, fridge and dish washer) and washer and dryer in the laundry room in the basement. This is a quiet neighborhood. It's a 30 unit complex w/ friendly neighbors. Condo fees cover the landscaping, snow removal, exterior insurance, dumpster, outside lighting, roof and the outside of the buildings.
