Sitting area has a great view of the waterfront and entrance to the balcony. Sitting area includes a loveseat, chair, and coffee table. Balcony includes loveseat, two chairs, end table and coffee table. Kitchen has full size appliances and a counter with seating fot two. Small eating area with a round table and four chairs. Bedroom has a full size bed, with dresser and mirror, and end table. Bathroom is full with a stand-up shower and is located on the first floor. Washer/dryer is full size top load and is located in the basement with a folding table. Renters will have use of the sunroom with a spa/hot tub, pool (no diving), pier with a tie-out for a small boat. 3ft. MLW. Lease agreement will be for 6 months with extention due at the end of the 5th. month. No month to month. Security deposit of $800.00 required Any persons signing lease must have two forms of ID and pass a background check prior to move in. References required. Rent is due on the first of every month. Utilities and garbage removal (household only) included. Seperate central heat/air unit for apartment. Parking for two.

Due to the size of the apartment, and the risk of any loose pets falling off the balcony, only caged pets allowed. Security deposit od $200.00 required. Renters will be responsible for damages done to any properties owned by landlord by the pet or any items used for the pets care. Renters will be resopnsible for all dollar amounts over the $200.00 security deposit. An estimate will be given for all repairs of damages.
