PETS: Cats are OK. Dogs are not allowed in the complex.

ABOUT US: My wife and I are newlyweds who bought this house with the intention to live here for a long time. We have been fixing up our house for the last year and a half as if we were to live here for years. I just got out of the Army and recently decided to move for college. Nobody has ever smoked in our house. We have had two cats in the house and if you have allergies this may be an issue although the house and carpet have been thoroughly cleaned.

 

We personally have had many bad and unresponsive landlords in the past. This is not who we are. As long as you pay your rent we will be constantly be looking for ways to make your stay at our place feel more like home. If anything breaks in the house we will get it fixed as soon as possible. We want you to recommend us when you move on. We are flexible on payment dates. We will not try to screw you on your deposit for normal living wear and tear. We are honest people looking other honest people.
