I need to change the search criteria of my Rental Alert. How can I do this?
The quickest and easiest way to do this is to just submit a new Rental Alert request and then use the "deactivation" link in the email of the old Rental Alert request if you receive one. Be sure to conduct a new search on FindHomeRentals.com using the new search criteria before requesting any new Rental Alerts! You will only be notified of new home rental ads entered after your request is entered.

I signed up for a Rental Alert, but I'm not receiving any emails. Why?
Rental Alert will only send you an email notification if there are new home rental ads in our home rental database that match your search criteria. If there are no new home rental ads that match, then Rental Alert does not send you an email.

I received a Rental Alert email and when I clicked on the link to see the new home rental ad, the FindHomeRentals.com property details page doesn't match my search criteria.
This should never happen. If however it does, please contact customer service so that we can look into the issue.

I can't read my Rental Alert emails. It looks like a bunch of computer code.
If all you see are lines and lines of what appears to be computer code, then you are receiving the HTML format emails and your email application cannot read HTML format emails. You need to change the settings on your email application to allow HTML emails.

I can't see the graphics or logo in my Rental Alert emails.
Some Windows security settings and virus protection software will block graphics in an HTML email to keep the sender from identifying your machine. The missing graphics are merely specials on goods and services included in our emails and our logo. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT adjust or change your security settings to view these.
